DC Rajouri showcases aspirational block programme achievements at 17th Civil Services Day

New Delhi, April 22, 2025 – On the occasion of the 17th Civil Services Day held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, presented the transformative progress achieved under the Aspirational Block Programme (ABP) in Rajouri district, Jammu & Kashmir. The presentation, delivered in the presence of Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Rao Inderjit Singh, and Secretary of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), V. Prime Minister Narendra Modi conferred the Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration, recognizing outstanding work in implementing priority programs and fostering innovation.
