Baramulla, November 20, 2025 — Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Minga Sherpa, IAS, has been awarded the prestigious Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) Commendation Card and Disc, a significant honour recognizing his exceptional leadership during Operation Sindoor and his continuous efforts to enhance civil–military coordination in the region.
