Budgam, February 24,2026-: Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Bilal Bhat, launched the ‘e-Nigrani App’ (CDMIS) aimed at ensuring real-time monitoring of development works across all Assembly Constituencies (ACs) in the district.
The newly introduced digital platform is designed to strengthen transparency, accountability, and coordination between legislators and the district administration for the timely execution of projects.

Speaking at the launch event, DC Budgam emphasized that the e-Nigrani App (CDMIS) will provide a centralized system for tracking developmental projects, reviewing progress updates, and addressing bottlenecks efficiently.
The platform will enable:
