Secretary Lavasa presented a detailed briefing on reforms, including vehicle scrapping policies, electric vehicle adoption, and the accident victim fund. Dulloo directed stricter action against repeat offenders, improved challan disposal rates, and enhanced traffic management. He advocated for standardized helmets, better revenue monitoring in RTC buses, and alignment with Supreme Court road safety recommendations.
