Kupwara, April 1,2026- In a humanitarian outreach initiative, the 162 Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) organised a free medical camp in Zangli, benefiting around 300 local residents.
The camp provided free medical check-ups, consultations, and distribution of essential medicines, addressing healthcare needs in the remote area. A team of medical professionals attended to patients, offering treatment and guidance on common health issues.
Officials stated that such initiatives are part of ongoing efforts to strengthen healthcare access in far-flung regions and ensure that essential medical services reach underserved communities.
The outreach programme was well received by locals, who appreciated the efforts of the CRPF in bringing healthcare services closer to their doorstep.
