Budgam, August 10,2026- The ‘Classes of Joy’ Teacher Capacity Building Programme continues across Budgam district, with Batch-II focusing on strengthening the teaching-learning process and addressing learning gaps among students.
The ongoing capacity-building initiative is aimed at enhancing teachers’ skills in Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) while promoting joyful, interactive and engaging classroom environments.
During the Batch-II sessions, teachers are being equipped with practical strategies through interactive activities, practical demonstrations and peer learning, enabling them to adopt innovative approaches in their classrooms.
The programme places special emphasis on identifying and bridging learning gaps, strengthening foundational competencies and making classroom learning more participatory and student-friendly.
