Budget 2025-26 mission to support & promote Kashmir art in the world: Minister Kiren Rijiju in J&K

I am very happy that I got a chance to be with you again. Jammu and Kashmir is not new to me. I have handled different departments and I have had the opportunity to work very closely with them, said Kiren Rijiju, Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs of India and Minister of Minority Affairs. Today, we want to discuss a little about the Budget. Mainly you have to see what the common people have got from the budget and what is the benefit for the country. The budget presented for 2025-26 has laid down the need to lay the foundation for a developed India in 2047. Special provision has been made in the budget for infrastructure and our middle class, for the poor, for the farmers, for the women and for the children. You all know the situation in Jammu and Kashmir and how rapidly it is progressing since Narendra Modi took over as the PM in 2014. Such huge support and relief for our middle class in India was never thought of or provided before this budget. This budget has given more than what was not thought and what was not demanded. If you earn Rs 1 lakh every month then you do not need to pay even a single rupee tax. This is an example in the whole world that this government can do such a big work for its people. In Kashmir, you have seen that people grow apples, do handloom, handicrafts and small businesses. The Budget has given them a lot of relief this time. And a mission has been announced in this budget to export the goods produced in Kashmir not only to the local market but also outside. Under this mission, there will be full intervention and support to promote Kashmir art in the world. So I believe that after this budget, there will be a huge revolution for small scale and medium scale industries. In entire Jammu and Kashmir and in this Valley you will see the benefits immediately, said Kiren Rijiju, Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs of India and Minister of Minority Affairs.
