Jammu, August 4,2026- The Government of India’s BHAVYA Scheme is set to transform the industrial ecosystem of Jammu & Kashmir by developing world-class, investment-ready industrial parks equipped with modern infrastructure and plug-and-play facilities.
Speaking to DD News Jammu, Director Industries & Commerce Jammu, Dr. Arun Manhas, said the ambitious initiative will strengthen the Union Territory’s industrial base by attracting domestic and external investments, supporting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), creating employment opportunities, and accelerating sustainable industrial growth.
Dr. Manhas said the BHAVYA Scheme focuses on establishing industrial parks with ready-to-use infrastructure, enabling investors to begin operations quickly while reducing project implementation time and costs.
