Baramulla, November 12,2025: Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Minga Sherpa, chaired a comprehensive sector-wise review meeting of works under the District Capex Budget 2025–26. The meeting focused on ensuring timely completion, quality execution, and achieving 100% financial progress across all departments.
During the session, DC Baramulla stressed the importance of efficient utilisation of funds, strict adherence to project timelines, and maintaining high-quality standards in all ongoing developmental works. Officers from various departments presented progress reports, highlighting completed, ongoing, and upcoming projects under the Capex budget.
The DC directed all department heads to expedite pending works and ensure that financial targets are met in full, reinforcing the administration’s commitment to transparent governance and holistic development in the district.
This review is part of a larger effort by the Baramulla administration to accelerate development initiatives, improve public infrastructure, and strengthen overall service delivery to citizens under the District Capex Program 2025–26.
