Baramulla, Feburary 21,2026 Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Minga Sherpa felicitated NCC Cadet Arpun Deep Kour, who was conferred with the prestigious Raksha Mantri Padak on the occasion of Republic Day 2026 for her exemplary humanitarian service during Operation Sindoor.
