Badminton player Saina Nehwal offers prayers at Amarnath shrine with her mother

It is a very good day for me and my family. We are blessed that we are able to go for the Amarnath yatra, said Saina Nehwal, badminton player. I would like to thank the government and people here for helping us so much, Saina added. She was feeling blessed that she could do the darshan with her mother. She extended her thanks to the Amarnath Shrine Board and all the people associated with the yatra helping the pilgrims. Saina said she was very satisfied. At a place like this you draw positivity, strength and your mind is at peace so it feels nice. It also feels nice to see that yatris are travelling with so much confidence. My experience was nice and comfortable, Saina Nehwal said. Saina’s mother also praised the military for helping the pilgrims at every step. She said her darshan was very nice and she felt at peace. She wants everyone to have a good darshan of Baba Amarnath, Saina’s mother said.
