Kashmir,January 14,2026-Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, on the occasion of the 10th Armed Forces Veterans Day, paid rich tributes to ex-servicemen, Veer Naris, and their family members, describing the service of the Armed Forces as a lifelong commitment that continues long after the uniform is folded away.
Addressing the gathering, LG Manoj Sinha said that the selfless service of the Armed Forces is not merely a job but a lifelong dedication to the nation. LG Sinha also paid homage to Veer Naris and the families of fallen soldiers, acknowledging their strength, sacrifice, and unwavering support to the nation. He reaffirmed the commitment of the Jammu and Kashmir administration to the welfare and dignity of veterans and their families.
