JAMMU, JULY 29: Yet another group of devotees embarked on the sacred Shri Amarnath Yatra from the Yatri Niwas in Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu, amidst chants of “Bam Bam Bhole” and heightened spiritual enthusiasm.
Escorted by security personnel and accompanied by administrative staff, the convoy of buses and vehicles left for the holy Amarnath Cave Shrine in south Kashmir. The Jammu and Kashmir administration, along with the Shri Amarnath Shrine Board (SASB), has made extensive arrangements to ensure the safety, comfort, and smooth passage of pilgrims along both the Baltal and Pahalgam routes.
Officials from the District Administration Jammu, police, and health departments were present to oversee the departure and provide on-ground support, including medical aid, RFID tracking, and refreshment facilities.
The pilgrims expressed their excitement and devotion, thanking the administration for the well-organized yatra infrastructure and seamless coordination. Many first-timers shared their emotions, calling it a “dream come true” to be part of the Amarnath Yatra 2025.
