Amrit Yuva Kalotsav 2022-23 harnessing youth in J&K for transforming India

The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha appreciated the Sangeet Natak Academy for organising Amrit Yuva Kalotsav 2022-23 from 06 -08 January 2023 in J&K. In the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, this is an inspirational initiative. And it is an important cultural trip for the youth. Addressing the youth of J&K he said, always remember that the 21st century is India’s century. The whole world is looking at India with great hopes for future possibilities. We need to protect and keep our tradition alive. We need to guide the modern world and it will depend on how the youth are able to do things in simple ways and know how to accelerate self-development. The Lt Governor said, these cultural festivals provide a glimpse of our diversity and unity. It also gives the youth artists an empowered platform to hone their talents. In India, the youth occupy a huge demographic space. This is a power that can be harnessed with firm determination and resoluteness. With new enthusiasm, it can become the basis of the transformation of our nation.
