Katra’s Musical Celebration | Devotional Song Competition Marks the Onset of Navratri Festivities On the eve of Navratri, a devotional song competition was held in Katra. A platform for budding singers was provided. The programme was conducted by Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, J&K Tourism and J&K Bank. Five participants qualified for the finals.
