Youth in Tral, J&K Embrace Sports Over Anti-Social Activities | Play Cricket & Volleyball Tournament A Cricket tournament and Volleyball Tournament started on October 9, 2023 in Tral, an initiative by the Civic Action Programme. The children were taken from Tral area in Jammu & Kashmir. There were 12 teams in cricket and volleyball each. The aim is to motivate children to play sports. Children were involved in anti-social activities, informed organisers. Now their attention has turned to sports which is a sign of happiness in the coming days. We would like to request parents to encourage children to play outdoor sports. This is a very good step for the youth said youngsters in Tral, Jammu & Kashmir. This will motivate youth to spend time playing sports and not do drugs. There is scope in sports. You can improve and climb ahead. This is a kind of investment. If you do investment in sports then you make money in future. It is also a good platform for those players who do not get a chance to move ahead. The youth in Tral said these tournamnets should keep happening so that the players can reach up to Ranjhi Trophy.
