Riyaz Ahmad Bhat Owner of a Common Service Centre (CSC) Pulwama says people benefit a lot. All services are available online whether it is a domicile case certificate, education certificate or any category certificate, and revenue department services are available at the CSC online. The Common Service Centre also helps students in colleges and universities for their competitive exams. Shaheed Manzoor Bhat, student says the online services help the people with regards to revenue department work, J&K Kisan scheme, pension, widow, disability, and old age pension etc are available in the CSC located in the village in Pulwama district in Jammu & Kashmir. When there was no online service, in the case of any mistake in the form, the customer had to approach the department for correction. Poor people faced difficulties as they find it tough to give Rs 10 or Rs 50 to spare for travelling expense. With the setup of CSC in villages there has been a lot of ease for the villagers. Umar Farooq, a student in Pulwama says online services has benefitted the common man. The common man can save time and get online service delivery. Many tasks can be taken care of at home through mobiles and digital service. Sajjad Aslam, an Online Beneficiary says, any person whether in a village or town can save their time through availing online service. Whether it is related to house or land we can easily solve issues online. The provision of online services by the government is therefore beneficial for everyone, said Pulwama residents.
