India Achieves Historic Soft Landing on Moon: J&K LG Manoj Sinha Applauds ISRO’s Landmark Feat

Sir, we have achieved soft landing on the Moon. India is on the Moon, said ISRO Chairman S Somanath to the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on the evening of August 23, 2023. Dear my family members, life is blessed when we see such history being made in front of our eyes, said the PM. Such historical events become the eternal consciousness of the nation’s life. Watching the historic moment and expressing his happiness the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha said that it is definitely a proud moment for the country. And the whole of India is proud of Team Chandrayaan-3, ISRO and scientists across the country. Due to them the country has achieved this great achievement. I think no other country in the world has achieved what India has achieved, LG said. This is a proud moment for the country just eight days after India’s 77th Independence Day. Like the PM said, India will undertake other missions like this which will benefit the entire humanity, LG said in Jammu & Kashmir.
