National Unity Day, observed every year on October 31 to mark the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, was celebrated with great enthusiasm across the country. In Budgam district, the District Administration and District Police jointly organised a grand Run for Unity, witnessing enthusiastic participation from students, local residents and people from different sections of society. The march from the Railway Crossing to Budgam Railway Station highlighted the message of national integration, brotherhood and patriotism.
