Khelo India Asmita Women’s Wushu League has begun in Reasi district of Jammu & Kashmir. We are happy to see this initiative, said a young female Wushu player in J&K. Wushu helps women build self confidence and they learn about self defense. We feel it is a step to make us more empowered. We have come here to participate in Wushu game and we are excited, said a Wushu player. We were motivated by our teachers to make our school and authorities proud of our achievements.
