Udhampur, August 12,2026-Jammu and Kashmir Minister Sakina Itoo inaugurated a state-of-the-art CT Scan facility at Government Medical College (GMC) Udhampur, marking a significant step towards strengthening advanced diagnostic services and improving healthcare facilities in the district.
The newly inaugurated facility is expected to provide patients with access to timely and advanced diagnostic imaging services, reducing the need to travel to other districts for CT scans. The facility will also support doctors in faster and more accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
The inauguration underscores the administration’s focus on upgrading healthcare infrastructure and ensuring accessible, quality medical services for people in Jammu and Kashmir.
