Anantnag, July 23,2026- A large number of Kashmiri Pandits gathered at the historic Mata Uma Bhagwati Shrine in Brariangan, Shangus, Anantnag district, to celebrate Murti Pratishthan Divas with deep devotion and traditional religious rituals.
The two-day spiritual event witnessed enthusiastic participation from devotees who took part in a series of sacred ceremonies, including Yagya, Kalash Pooja, Vedic prayers, bhajans, and other spiritual programmes. The celebrations reflected the community’s enduring faith and commitment to preserving its rich religious and cultural heritage.
Special prayers were offered for peace, prosperity, communal harmony, and the well-being of all people. Devotees sought the blessings of Goddess Uma Bhagwati, praying for unity, happiness, and progress across Jammu and Kashmir.
