Srinagar, July 18,2026- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday inaugurated the 9-day Chinar Book Festival at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC) in Srinagar, describing the event as a transformative movement dedicated to promoting knowledge, reading culture, creativity, and youth empowerment across Jammu and Kashmir.
