Anantnag, May 9, 2026-Jammu & Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha arrived at Shaheed Humayun Boys Degree College in Anantnag to participate in the Nasha Mukt rally aimed at spreading awareness against drug abuse.
The rally witnessed participation from students, youth volunteers, officials and members of civil society, reflecting growing public support for the anti-drug campaign across the Valley. The initiative is part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen the fight against substance abuse and promote a drug-free Jammu & Kashmir.
Participants raised awareness slogans and pledged to work collectively towards protecting society, especially the youth, from the menace of drugs. The administration has been actively organising awareness drives, rallies and community outreach programmes under the broader anti-drug movement in the Union Territory.
