LG Manoj Sinha lauds Sewa Bharti at Apna Bhojanalaya upgrade event

Jammu, April 14,2026- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha attended the upgradation ceremony of ‘Apna Bhojanalaya’, a community kitchen run by Sewa Bharti and supported by Jammu and Kashmir Bank along with other donors, lauding the initiative for its commitment to serving the needy.

Addressing the gathering, the LG emphasized that “there is no higher duty than serving those in need,” highlighting the role of community-driven efforts in strengthening the social fabric. He appreciated Sewa Bharti for its unwavering dedication to providing food, restoring dignity, and supporting vulnerable sections of society.

The upgraded facility aims to expand its capacity and improve services, ensuring that more people benefit from nutritious meals in a dignified environment. The initiative reflects a collaborative approach between social organizations, financial institutions, and citizens to address basic human needs.
