Jammu, April 3, 2026-The Indian Institute of Management Jammu successfully आयोजित its 9th Annual Convocation on April 2, 2026, at the Rangmanch Amphitheatre, Jagti Campus, marking a significant milestone in its academic journey and institutional growth.
The समारोह was graced by Sandeep Bakhshi, Managing Director and CEO of ICICI Bank, who attended as the Chief Guest. Delivering the Convocation Address, he emphasized the importance of innovation, leadership, and adaptability in today’s rapidly evolving global landscape. On the occasion, he also inaugurated an ICICI Bank branch on campus, further strengthening industry–academia collaboration.
A total of 520 students were conferred degrees across various programmes, including MBA, MBA (Hospital Administration & Healthcare Management), Executive MBA (EMBA), and Integrated Programme in Management (IPM). The institute also awarded a Ph.D. in Management, reflecting its growing focus on research and academic excellence.
The convocation ceremony recognised outstanding academic performers, with meritorious students receiving prestigious medals for their achievements.
Reaffirming its vision, IIM Jammu highlighted its continued commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and nation-building, aiming to nurture future-ready leaders equipped to contribute meaningfully to society and the economy.
