In the Azadi ka Amrit Kaal, India’s Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has invoked the resolution of the five resolutions for a developed India. One of the important resolutions is the awareness of one’s heritage.A society that does not recognise its rich heritage, that society fades away from the pages of history. We should certainly be proud of our heritage. It is our heritage that once took India to the golden peak.This legacy inspires us to change with the times. The fourth resolution is unity and togetherness which leads to the fulfilment of the resolution of ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’. With full boldness, we have to end the remaining discrimination in the society if India has to become the world leader. The awareness of the presence of God in human form has to reach the masses. In the fifth resolution, PM Narendra Modi said people should keep in mind the resolution of duties. By strengthening the relationship of brotherhood in society we have to take the pledge of nation building. If somebody tries to crack our unity and brotherhood, then we must resist it with the power of unity. This is also our moral obligation. Talking about the spirit of unity, Guru Nabha Dass has written that actions must be directed towards everyone’s interest and everyone’s upliftment. The combined unity will help in everyone’s growth. This was Guruji’s vision. India is trying to move ahead on the path of progress based on the principles of Guru Nabhaji’s preachings.
