World Plumbing Day: “Society Is Incomplete Without Plumbers,” Says ITI Kishtwar 🔧 A society is incomplete without a plumber. The hygiene that we maintain in our homes, cleaning, washing toilets, all this becomes possible when plumbers play their role in our society, said a representative of the Government Industrial Trianing Institute Kishtwar run by the Deaprtment of Skill Development.
