SBI RSETI Kishtwar launches DTP training batch to empower rural youth

Kishtwar, March 2,2026- In a significant push toward skill development and self-employment, SBI RSETI Kishtwar has commenced a new batch of Desktop Publishing (DTP) training at its campus in Kishtwar. The initiative has been launched under the directions of Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma.

The program aims to equip rural youth with practical computer skills and industry-relevant expertise in Desktop Publishing, enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial prospects.

Focus on Skill Development & Self-Employment

The DTP course will provide hands-on training in designing, formatting, and publishing digital and print materials using modern software tools. Participants will gain proficiency in graphic designing, page layout, typing skills, and document formatting, enabling them to seek employment opportunities or establish their own ventures.

Officials stated that the training program aligns with the broader vision of promoting self-reliance and financial independence among rural youth in the district.
