CS Atal Dulloo reviews development works and welfare measures at Mini Township Jagti


Nagrota,December 14,2025:Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Tuesday visited Mini Township Jagti in the Nagrota area to review ongoing and completed development works aimed at improving civic amenities and living conditions for migrant families residing in the township.

During the visit, the Chief Secretary inspected key infrastructure projects, assessed the quality of execution, and inaugurated several completed works undertaken by concerned departments. He emphasised timely completion of projects, inter-departmental coordination, and sustained maintenance to ensure long-term benefits for residents.

As part of the outreach, Atal Dulloo distributed benefits under various Social Security Schemes, handed over allotment orders, and issued digital ration cards to eligible migrant beneficiaries. The initiative aims to strengthen social security coverage, enhance transparency, and ensure seamless access to government welfare services through digital platforms.

Interacting with residents, the Chief Secretary reiterated the government’s commitment to the welfare, rehabilitation, and empowerment of migrant communities. He directed officials to address pending issues promptly and ensure that eligible beneficiaries are not left out of welfare and development programmes.

The visit reflects the administration’s continued focus on inclusive development, improved service delivery, and welfare of migrant families in Jammu and Kashmir.
