Tangdhar, December 8,2025 : The Indian Army successfully concluded the Karnah Volleyball League 2025–26 with remarkable enthusiasm, strong community participation, and vibrant youth engagement along the Line of Control (LoC). The grand finale, held in Tangdhar, witnessed energetic performances and overwhelming support from local residents.
Team Baghbela emerged as the champion, showcasing exceptional skill and teamwork, while Team Dhanni secured the runner-up position after a spirited contest.
Organised as part of the Army’s continued efforts to promote sports, unity, and youth empowerment in border regions, the league brought together young talent from various villages of the Karnah sector. The event not only encouraged healthy competition but also strengthened the bond between the Army and the local community.
Officials highlighted that such initiatives play a crucial role in channelising youth energy towards constructive avenues and fostering a culture of sportsmanship in remote LoC areas.
