Jammu, November 24, 2025 — Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha chaired a high-level meeting to review the security situation in the Jammu Division, bringing together top officials from the civil administration, police, intelligence agencies and security forces. The meeting focused on assessing current challenges, strengthening counter-terror operations, tightening border security, and enhancing intelligence coordination across vulnerable areas.
LG Sinha took detailed briefings on recent incidents, operational readiness, winter preparedness, and measures to ensure uninterrupted public movement and safety. He stressed the need for heightened vigilance, improved surveillance, and proactive coordination among all agencies to maintain peace and stability in the region.
Reiterating the administration’s unwavering commitment to public safety, LG Sinha directed officials to intensify area domination, ensure swift response mechanisms, and strengthen community engagement to counter emerging threats.
