Kashmir, November 21,2025- The Department of Information & Public Relations Jammu & Kashmir is participating in the 56th International Film Festival of India 2025, highlighting the Union Territory’s growing prominence on India’s cinematic map.
A dedicated J&K Pavilion has been set up at the Waves Film Bazar, designed to showcase the region’s vibrant cinematic landscape, diverse shooting locations, film-friendly policies, and the expanding infrastructure supporting filmmakers.
The pavilion aims to promote Jammu & Kashmir as a premier film shooting destination, offering filmmakers an immersive insight into the UT’s scenic beauty, cultural richness, and production incentives.
By participating in IFFI 2025, DIPR J&K seeks to strengthen collaborations with national and international filmmakers, boost film tourism, and further position the region as one of India’s top cinematic hubs.
