Srinagar, October 27,2025: The campus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Srinagar came alive as the much-awaited cultural festival ‘Rang-e-Chinar 2.0’ concluded with a spectacular display of music, dance, art, and creativity. The two-day extravaganza witnessed massive participation from students across India, making it one of the most successful editions of the event so far.
With the majestic Dal Lake as its backdrop, the festival celebrated youth talent, cultural diversity, and creative expression. From soulful musical performances and energetic dance acts to thought-provoking art installations, the event reflected the vibrant spirit of Kashmir’s youth and its growing cultural vibrancy.
Students from various departments of NIT Srinagar showcased their artistic skills, while guest performers added extra energy to the evenings. The highlight of the festival was the fusion of traditional Kashmiri art forms with contemporary styles, symbolising the blend of heritage and modern creativity.
Director NIT Srinagar, faculty members, and distinguished guests praised the students for their efforts in making ‘Rang-e-Chinar 2.0’ a resounding success, noting that such events foster unity, innovation, and leadership among youth.
