The mountaineering mission aims to test the soldiers’ physical resilience, teamwork, and mental strength while promoting the message of discipline, determination, and national pride. The expedition, flagged off with enthusiasm and pride, underscores the Indian Army’s tradition of excellence — not only on the battlefield but also in extreme terrains.
The J&K Rifles have a long-standing legacy of bravery and valor, and this latest mountaineering venture reflects their commitment to pushing limits and exploring the rugged beauty of India’s high-altitude frontiers.
Officials stated that the expedition will serve as both a training challenge and a symbol of unity and motivation for the troops stationed in the northern sectors.
