Srinagar, October 27,2025: A young NIFT student from Kerala is winning hearts in the Valley by showing how music and academics can harmoniously coexist. Pursuing her design studies at the National Institute of Fashion Technology Srinagar, she finds inspiration not just in fabrics and colours, but also in the rhythms and melodies that echo across Kashmir’s cultural landscape.
Blending her passion for singing with her academic journey, the student shared that Kashmir has given her a new perspective on creativity and expression. “The beauty of this place and the warmth of its people inspire my songs,” she said, adding that her time in the Valley has been transformative and deeply enriching.
At various campus events and cultural evenings, her soulful performances have drawn admiration from peers and faculty alike.
