Kupwara, October 16,2025: A young girl from north Kashmir’s Kupwara, daughter of a Special Police Officer martyred by Pakistan-backed terrorists, shared a moving message of hope and gratitude. Speaking with emotion, she recalled growing up as an orphan — “forgotten by all” — after her father laid down his life in the line of duty.
Expressing heartfelt thanks to the Government for finally recognising and supporting the families of terror victims, she said the initiative has given new meaning to their pain and sacrifice. “For years, no one cared to ask how we survived. Today, the government is sharing our pain and helping us rebuild our lives,” she said.
Her words echo a powerful shift across Jammu and Kashmir, where people are now openly calling out Pakistan for the decades of violence, bloodshed, and broken families it has left behind. The narrative is changing — from silence to strength, from fear to truth.
The girl’s message stands as a symbol of resilience and the enduring hope for peace and justice in the Valley.
