Ramnagar, 29 September 2025: In a bid to promote environmental awareness and civic responsibility, the Social Forestry Division Udhampur successfully organised a cleanliness drive at Main Chowk, Ramnagar on the occasion of Sewa Parv. The initiative witnessed active participation from local residents, volunteers, and forestry officials, all coming together to contribute to a cleaner and greener community.
During the drive, participants collected plastic waste, cleared garbage from public spaces, and emphasized the importance of waste segregation and sustainable practices. Officials highlighted that such drives are crucial to instill environmental consciousness among citizens and encourage community participation in maintaining public hygiene.
