Pulwama, 26 September 2025:As part of the ongoing #SewaParv2025 celebrations, a Mega Outreach Camp was organised in Pulwama to extend the benefits of various government welfare schemes to the people. The event witnessed active participation from citizens, local representatives, and officials of different departments.
The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Pulwama distributed benefits among eligible beneficiaries under multiple welfare schemes, reaffirming the administration’s commitment to inclusive development and social empowerment.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC highlighted the importance of sanitation awareness, eradication of drug abuse, and regular health screenings for building a healthier and progressive society. He urged citizens, especially the youth, to actively participate in creating a drug-free, clean, and health-conscious Pulwama.
The outreach programme served as a platform to connect the public with various services, raise awareness about health, hygiene, social welfare, and livelihood opportunities, and reinforce the values of collective responsibility under Sewa Parv 2025.
