Srinagar, 25 September 2025 :Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, interacted with a delegation of senior officers from the Indian Armed Forces, Civil Services, and friendly foreign countries, currently attending the prestigious course at the National Defence College (NDC), New Delhi.
During the interaction, the Lt Governor shared insights on the contemporary global landscape and highlighted the transformational journey of Jammu and Kashmir under the vision of inclusive development. He underlined the government’s focus on strengthening border areas, citing unparalleled achievements in infrastructure, connectivity, education, healthcare, and livelihood generation.
He reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to building a strong, powerful, and prosperous Union Territory, where every citizen is equal and enjoys equal opportunities for growth and progress.
The interaction was marked by discussions on security challenges, development models, and governance reforms, offering the visiting officers a comprehensive overview of the progress achieved in J&K.
