Kathua, 22 September,2025: In a significant step towards promoting cleanliness, hygiene, and civic awareness, the Municipal Committee (MC) Kathua organised a Swachhta Pledge ceremony at the ongoing Lok Kalyan Mela and PM Awas Mela Shehri.
