Srinagar, 20 September ,2025: Canara Bank today presented a cheque of ₹25 lakh to the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir as a contribution towards the Relief Fund for providing assistance to the flood-affected people in J&K.
The Chief Minister expressed appreciation for the generous donation by Canara Bank, acknowledging the Bank’s commitment towards supporting the state in times of natural calamities. He said such contributions will go a long way in providing immediate relief and rehabilitation to the families affected by the devastating floods.
The Bank representatives reiterated their dedication to continue extending support to the people of Jammu and Kashmir through social responsibility initiatives and financial assistance.
