India is the greatest pilgrimage centre of knowledge which has awakened thinking in the society, said the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha while talking about the New Education Policy (NEP). In India, just like money, the thrust is on educational investment in the new construction of the nation. Changes are happening today in the school education system. Today’s transformation is a big historical change, said the LG. The children of these times are fortunate of receiving the New Education Policy (NEP) as a precious gift from the Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi. Through the National Education Policy, the schools and classrooms are being reinvented to make them live. Through the fusion of technology and tradition, the schools are being transformed to become happy schools. With the PM’s direction, the schools will no longer be just restricted to the boundary walls of degrees and competition, but will be centres for building curiosity and collaboration.
