IEven Demons Wouldn’t Do This: Invoke Adi Shankaracharya’s Wisdom to Stand Against Terror in Pahalgam n the aftermath of the heart-wrenching terror attack in Pahalgam, voices are rising in unity and reflection. Drawing from the teachings of Adi Shankaracharya, a spiritual call has been made to stand with courage and clarity in the face of darkness. “Even demons once showed restraint—what happened here is beyond evil,” said a sage, urging citizens to support justice, peace, and the collective strength of the nation to honour the martyrs and uphold dharma. A few days ago, a very cruel and painful attack took place in Pahalgam. In such difficult times, we should take inspiration from the principles of Adi Shankaracharya. This was such an act that even the demons would have hesitated to do it. The guidance of Adi Shankaracharya’s religion, wisdom and strength shows us the right direction with courage, with purpose and with prayer. Let us all come together and pay tribute to the martyrs who lost their lives in this attack. May their soul rest in peace and justice must be done. Reciting an incident from mythology, the sage said that in those times when the demons were attacking the Gods, King Bali, despite being a demon, stopped them saying that how can an unarmed God be attacked? This is not fair. And these people have crossed all limits, even a demon would not do this. Therefore, on such occasions, every person must deal with these according to their own situation. Do it like a force, do it like a Mahatma, Fakir, the general public by helping that force, by supporting them from behind, this principle of Acharya Adishankar is enough to defeat such enemies.
