Indian Army in J&K organises GPL cricket match on snow in Gurez Valley

The cricket match going on is GPL which the Indian Army conducts every year in Jammu & Kashmir. it is a way to engage the youth here in Gurez and the winner, Man of the Series, is given a prize. We would like other sports such as skiing to be highlighted as well so that winter tourism develops. How Gulmarg has developed the same should happen here in Gurez. We would also get a chance to progress ahead, feel the youth in Gurez, Jammu & Kashmir.
