A pilgrim from Jalandhar, Punjab, Pankaj says it is his 25th or 26th yatra to the holy cave of Amarnath in Jammu & Kashmir. There is a world of difference between the journey this year and those of previous years. The facilities provided by the administration are amazing; having access to such amenities here feels like paradise. I am grateful to the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha ji and the entire administration, thanks to whom lakhs of people were able to have ‘darshan’ and fulfill their vows, Pankaj said. A male pilgrim Machinder from Maharashtra who came for Baba’s darshan said that he was absolutely delighted. The porters and horsemen here are like the pillars of this pilgrimage; the journey would be impossible without them. The local porters and horsemen are the pillars of this pilgrimage; the journey would be impossible without them, Pankaj said. People come from far and wide and are able to have ‘darshan’ with their assistance. There is no tension here, and the atmosphere is not hostile; the army is deployed at every nook and corner for your safety. The people of Kashmir here—the horsemen, ride operators, and porters—are so helpful and ensure a wonderful pilgrimage experience; visiting here has truly warmed my heart, and I feel like coming back again and again, said Machinder. Pilgrim Pankaj said, I want to convey this message to the entire world that Kashmir is paradise, and paradise lies at the feet of Lord Bhole. Jai Bhole!
